Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Event Coordinator to help plan, organise, and execute events that promote inclusivity for persons with disabilities. You will work closely with our team to ensure our events run smoothly and effectively, contributing to raising awareness and engaging the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and objectives.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and equipment.
- Manage event promotion, registration, and attendee engagement.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and volunteers to execute event plans.
- Track budgets, prepare post-event reports, and analyse event success.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
